If you use Apple's Macintosh, your options are:

  1. Microsoft Entourage 2004 - see instructions at bottom.
  2. Outlook Web Access - the web browser based client. Log in and follow the link.
  3. Any e-mail client that supports POP3 or IMAP. But, this option will not give you access to MS Exchange's extra features, i.e. shared calendaring, backup, public folders, etc.

Settings for Entourage 2004:

PREREQUISITES:

  1. You must install SP2 for Mac Office & Entourage - the download can be found here. Go to Help -> About; if the version is either 11.0.X or 11.1.X, then you need to install SP2 first. If the version is 11.2.X, then you already have SP2.
  2. Once SP2 for Mac Office & Entourage has been installed, please download & install the latest update, 11.2.1 available here.
  3. Your Outlook setup information with your username, password, server name, etc. This can be found in either the the welcome setup e-mail or our Client Area.
